Before you ask

How does it hold my medal?

The ribbon loops over the mount and the medal hangs in the hexagonal window. Nothing clips onto or touches the medal itself. Any ribbon width fits.

How does it go on the wall?

With the two adhesive strips in the box: no drilling and no screws. They grip smooth painted walls, tile and glass; textured or distemper walls don’t give adhesive enough to hold.

How many pieces do I need?

One piece per medal, and each hex holds one. The hexes sit flush against each other, so the wall grows one race at a time in any layout you like. One frame is ₹399, or choose the separate set of seven for ₹1,899.

What is in the Seven Frame Set?

Seven Medal Frames: one black centre frame and six white frames, for ₹1,899. Individual Medal Frames are ₹399 each.

How does payment work?

Pay securely online through Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. If you prefer, message us on WhatsApp to arrange a manual UPI order.

When will it ship?

Your order is dispatched within 24 hours of payment. We deliver across India, and transit time varies by destination. We send tracking on WhatsApp as soon as it leaves the studio.

Can I return it?

Every piece is made to order, so returns aren’t possible once it ships. But if anything arrives damaged or with a defect, send a photo in the chat within 7 days of delivery and we remake and reship it free. Every piece is photographed before packing. Need to change or cancel? Message us before dispatch and we’ll sort it out. Details in our policies.
