We deliver across India. Enter your full delivery address and pincode at checkout. Transit time varies by destination; we send tracking on WhatsApp after dispatch.
Delivery across India is free. There is no delivery charge at checkout and no minimum order. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment and are usually delivered the same or next day within the city. We deliver by local courier and share tracking with you on WhatsApp.
We do not deliver outside India.
Every piece is made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will remake and reship it free of charge. Every piece is photographed before packing, so we can see exactly what left the studio.
Cancellations. Message us before your order is dispatched and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the remake guarantee above applies instead.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 working days.
The Medal Frame is ₹399 per piece. The Seven Frame Set contains one black centre frame and six white frames and costs ₹1,899. The HYROX + Medal Set contains one black centre Patch Frame and six white Medal Frames and costs ₹1,899. The new Patch Frame is ₹399 for a limited time.
There is no quantity discount on individual frames. There is no minimum order. All prices include delivery across India and are in Indian Rupees.
Payment is handled by Razorpay, which accepts UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is captured, and we issue an invoice with every order. If you would rather order over WhatsApp and pay by UPI directly, message us and we will take it manually.
We do not offer cash on delivery.
We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact number, email if you give one, delivery address, and any notes you send us. We use them to make and deliver your piece and to message you about your order. We do not sell your data. We share delivery details with the courier delivering your parcel, and Razorpay receives the details needed to process an online payment. We also share limited conversion data with Meta and Google Analytics 4 as described below.
Our website uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to count visits and understand which pages people read, so we can improve the site. These services set cookies in your browser and record your approximate location, device and how you arrived. After a sale is confirmed, Meta receives a cryptographically hashed phone number for privacy-preserving matching. Meta may compare that matchable hash with information it already holds to measure which ads lead to sales and to improve advertising. The hash is not the raw phone number, but it is designed to be matched and is not anonymous.
Google Analytics 4 receives conversion data including a transaction identifier, order value, currency, payment time, and a browser or system-generated client identifier. You can block some browser tracking with an ad blocker or your browser privacy controls, and ordering will still work. A completed sale may still be reported from our server to Meta and Google Analytics 4.
Attribution and sales-reporting ledger records are retained indefinitely to prevent duplicate conversion reports and keep an audit history. The ledger stores the hashed phone number and its last four digits, not the raw phone number. Other systems used to fulfil an order may still hold the contact details needed for delivery and customer support.
By placing an order you confirm that the product, colour where applicable, quantity, delivery address and pincode are correct. Please check before you pay.
Product images on the site are illustrative of the finished piece. Because each piece is printed and finished by hand, small variations in colour and finish are normal and are not defects.
The adhesive strips supplied grip smooth painted walls, tile and glass. Textured, distempered or freshly painted walls do not give adhesive enough to hold, and we cannot accept responsibility for a piece that falls from an unsuitable surface.
