Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Every order ships with a tracking number, shared with you on WhatsApp, via a national courier partner. We currently ship within India only.
Shipping charges, if any, are confirmed in the chat before you pay.
Every piece is printed to order, so returns and cancellations after dispatch are not possible.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will remake and reship it free of charge. Every piece is photographed before packing.
During the launch drop, every medal holder ordered ships with one additional piece free. The offer applies automatically when we confirm your order in the chat, has no minimum order, and runs until the closing date shown on the home page. Free pieces carry the same remake guarantee as paid ones.
Payment is collected by UPI in the WhatsApp chat. Payment confirms your order and your slot in the current drop. We issue an invoice with every order.
We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact number, delivery address, and the race details you send us. We use them to make and deliver your piece and to message you about your order. We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel.
If you'd like your data deleted after delivery, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do it.
By placing an order you confirm the order details you provided (quantity, delivery address, pincode) are correct. Product images on the site are illustrative of the finished piece. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
